How Soon can we come out?

It depends on the time needed for the Service you need. Each Service has a booking page that shows our Availability (Click on the required Service in the Images above to go to that Service page)

Often we have available slots in a day or two (unless it's a really busy time of year!)

But just Contact Us (See next FAQ Question, below, for how to Contact Us!) and let us know what you need and where you are, then we'll see what we can do to accommodate you.

Will my WiFi or Router go off during the Job?

We are very aware that a lot of people work from home now.

So we invested in a Battery Power unit that is used to plug in your Router, so that you can use the WiFi uninterrupted for up to 17 hours (Not that you'll need that long!)

So rest assured that there will be No Interruption to your Wifi no matter what we are doing.

How can you Contact Us?

We have deliberately put plenty of ways to Contact Us in place (See lower down!) as we don't want anyone struggling to get a price, answer, or to get booked in!

This is also because during the day when busy, we might not answer immediately!
(Although we do also have a BACKUP AI Agent, Kora - who you can choose to use - who is amazingly good and accurate according to our past customers!)

WHO HANDLES THE CALLS AND MESSAGES?

Simon - If around (often I have a rubbish signal or am busy on jobs!) but I catch up often in between jobs or on my coffee/lunch break.

Steph - (Simon's Partner) who works Part time (around her main job), but is fully trained in all Services (has even attended several jobs). Steph also checks during breaks if she's busy herself.

AI Agent (Kora) - Kora kicks in only when Simon and Steph are unavailable! Please do not fear her! She is also trained with all the knowledge of our prices, services, FAQ Questions and is super nice and friendly. She'll also pass to us if it's an emergency, or just take the details so that we can get back to you well informed, or even able to send a Quote without further need for information (Yes! She really can do it all - and has done for 100's of happy customers already that love Kora!).

How can you Pay?

The payment methods you can use are:

1. Cash (Only an option for jobs £500 and under!)

2. Credit/Debit Card (Enter details or Contactless)

3. Apple/Google Pay (Contactless)

4. Bank Transfer (Details are on Quote and Invoice)

Are you an Experienced and Reliable Cleaner?

Steph has cleaned for many customers with her own business previously before Covid, and now again with this new business.

She's even had customers such as Sheffield United, to name drop one you might have heard of 😉

As this is just Steph doing the Cleaning, she does not rely on other staff or subcontractors who might not turn up! A common reason that people come to us from other Services is that the previous Cleaner was not reliable! Steph works directly with ALL customers so this will not happen to you!
